Pastry Chef/Owner Ernie Rich has been plying his sweet craft for almost 35 years.  A graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, he has created desserts for some of the top restaurants, hotels and country clubs  in the New Jersey, New York and Philadelphia areas, including the Peninsula Hotel and The River Café in NYC, The Governer Morris Hotel in Morristown NJ, Fiddler’s Elbow Country Club in Bedminster, NJ, and The Moshulu in Philadelphia. A lifelong New Jersey resident, he attended West Windsor-Plainsboro High School in West Windsor, NJ, and now lives with his wife and partner, Doretta and son in East Windsor, NJ.
